Evergrande Liquidators Seek to Bar Hui’s Defense in Court Case

Defaulted builder China Evergrande’s liquidators, who are seeking to recover $6b from several defendants, asked a Hong Kong court to bar company founder Hui Ka Yan from defending himself in the case if he doesn’t abide by a previous court ruling.
