Enghouse Offers $21 Million For Bankrupt Lifesize, Lawyer Says

Canada’s Enghouse Systems Ltd. has agreed to pay roughly $21 million to acquire video conferencing firm Lifesize Inc. out of bankruptcy, a Lifesize lawyer said Wednesday.
