EnergySolutions to Buy Williams Industrial for $60 Million

Williams Industrial agreed to sell most of the company and its subsidiaries’ assets to EnergySolutions for $60 million.

• Assets represent Williams Industrial’s nuclear, fossil, energy delivery, and paper mill operations
• EnergySolutions is not acquiring operations connected to Williams Industrial’s water contracts in Florida and Texas
• Received commitments for DIP financing credit agreements with its prepetition lenders
