Energy Transfer Submits Proposed Order in Venture Global Case

Energy Transfer LP, through its subsidiaries Trunkline Gas Company LLC and Lake Charles LNG, submitted a proposed order on Monday to an administrative law judge determining how to disclose certain information to customers of Venture Global LNG Inc.’s gas export terminal in Louisiana.
