Endo’s Former Managers Want Suit Moved Out of Bankruptcy Court

Endo International Plc’s former directors and officers have asked to move out of bankruptcy court a suit accusing them of inflicting harm on the company by putting profits over public safety and legal compliance.

The 15 former officers and directors of the pharmaceutical and medical device company said that under US Supreme Court precedent the bankruptcy court lacks the power to issue final rulings on the claims or hold a jury trial, according to a motion filed Monday in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
