- “We have not been able to settle most of the opioid claims made against us and, as a result, we are exploring a wide array of potential actions as part of our contingency planning. These actions could include a bankruptcy filing which, if it were to occur, would subject us to additional risks and uncertainties that could adversely affect our business prospects and ability to continue as a going concern”
