On the Friday before the Super Bowl in New Orleans, Emmitt Smith is working hard.

He’s up early and at the city’s convention center for what will be a long day. He has to be nimble, much like during his Hall-of-Fame NFL career when he became the league’s all-time leading rusher. Who knows what he might be asked.
