Dynata Enters 60-Day Grace Period as Debt Negotiations Continue

Market-research firm Dynata entered into a 60-day grace period after making a partial interest payment on its debt, according to people familiar with the situation.

  • The privately held firm will use the reprieve to continue negotiations with lenders as it looks to address near-term maturities, said the people, who asked not to be identified discussing a private matter
