Dynata and Lenders Tap Advisers as Maturing Debt Looms

Dynata, a market research firm, has hired Houlihan Lokey Inc. to help it figure out how to raise more money as it deals with maturing debt and strained cash flow, according to people with knowledge of the situation.

At the same time a group of lenders to the company is working with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher as legal counsel, said the people, who asked not to be identified because the matter is private.

Messages left with Dynata and Gibson Dunn were not returned. A representative for Houlihan Lokey declined to comment.
