Dye & Durham says its board has resigned and appointed Engine Capital and OneMove Capital’s nominees to board, effective immediately.

• Annual Meeting will proceed as planned on Dec. 17
• Engine Capital’s nominees Arnaud Ajdler, Hans T. Gieskes, Tracey E. Keates, Ritu Khanna, Anthony P. Kinnear and Sid Singh, and OneMove’s nominee Eric Shahinian appointed to board
• NOTE: Engine Poised to Elect Entire Slate to Dye & Durham’s Board
