Dutch Court Declares Windhorst’s Tennor Holding Insolvent

A Dutch court has appointed an insolvency administrator for the Tennor Holding BV company of German investor Lars Windhorst, according to a filing Thursday.

“We immediately appealed and are sure to be successful and reverse the court ruling,” Windhorst, who owns stakes in a range of assets including German football club Hertha BSC Berlin or Italian lingerie brand La Perla, said on his Twitter account.

He added his holdings are solvent and that a technical court ruling on behalf of a minor creditor had caused the filing.
