Dunn Paper’s Lenders Seek Help Ahead of August Debt Maturity

Lenders to Dunn Paper have brought in Berkeley Research Group to help tackle upcoming debt maturities after the specialty papermaker breached some terms of its loans.

Berkeley joins an advisory team for the creditors that already included the law firm Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, according to people with knowledge of the situation, who asked not to be identified because the matter is private. The company previously asked Houlihan Lokey Inc. to sound out refinancing options, the people said.
