DOJ Objects to Bankrupt IEH Attorney’s Fees Over Judge Romance

The Justice Department’s bankruptcy watchdog asked a court to reject all bills for an attorney who worked for Carl Icahn’s after-market auto parts chain, citing her failure to disclose she was in a secret relationship with a judge who mediated the case.
