Dish Creditor Groups Sign Cooperation Pacts After Debt Swap Plan

Groups of Dish Network Corp. creditors are signing cooperation agreements to bind them to act together after the company proposed a controversial debt restructuring deal, according to people with knowledge of the situation.

  • Creditors working with law firm Milbank and Lazard must sign on by midnight, the people said
    • Holders of more than 35% of Dish’s 11.75% senior secured notes that come due in 2027 and holders of more than half of secured and unsecured bonds tied to Dish’s DBS entity have already signed, said the people, who asked not to be identified discussing a private matter
