Digital Edge Weighs Options Including Sale for $10 Billion (1)

Digital Edge, an Asian data center operator backed by alternative asset manager Stonepeak Partners, is exploring options including a sale, according to people familiar with the matter.

The Singapore-based company is working with JPMorgan Chase & Co. on a review that may lead to a partial or full sale, the people said, asking not to be identified because the deliberations are private. A transaction might value the company at as much as $10 billion, the people said.
