Digital Ally says received default notice from Softforge Innovation saying it is in default for failing to make a $100,000 payment due on Oct. 10.

• Digital Ally says it disputes the claims and wants Softforge to immediately cancel the sale
• Digital Ally says to seek injunctive relief and damages against Softforge
