Delivery App Lugg’s Chapter 11 Plan Faces Worker’s Objection

A US bankruptcy court has scheduled a hearing for Lugg Inc., operator of an app for moving and delivery services, on Jan. 21 to hear its debt plan, Judge Karen B. Owens said at a Tuesday hearing.

  • Lugg plans to use collateral — laptops and computer equipment valued at $34,000 — to pay about $330,000 in secured claims that arose from lawsuits, according to court papers
