Disputes among Incora and rival groups of the aerospace parts supplier’s lenders over a repayment plan will be mediated by a Delaware bankruptcy judge.
Judge Brendan L. Shannon of the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware was approved on Monday as mediator in Incora’s Chapter 11 case, which has been dogged by litigation over a 2022 distressed debt transaction that stripped collateral rights away from a group of bondholders including JPMorgan Chase & Co. and BlackRock Inc.
