Delaware Bankruptcy Judge Gross to Retire March 2020

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Kevin Gross will retire at the end of his term March 12, 2020, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware announced April 8.

In a statement on the court’s website, Chief Judge Christopher S. Sontchi thanked Gross for what will total 14 years of “exemplary service,” praised him for a judicial and personal temperament “beyond compare,” and said he is “saddened” that Gross is leaving.
