Data Center Firm Cyxtera Skips Interest Payment Amid Debt Talks

Cyxtera Technologies Inc. skipped an interest payment on its loan earlier this week as the company continues talks with lenders on how to address nearly $870 million of debt that comes due next year, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

The company informed lenders that it plans to make the overdue payment within a five-day grace period, said the people, who asked not to be identified because the matter is private.
