CVS Unit Omnicare Taps Alvarez & Marsal for Operational Help

Omnicare Inc. is working with Alvarez & Marsal Inc. for help with its cash flow and operations after the pharmacy-services provider and its parent CVS Health were ordered to pay $949 million related to a drug-fraud suit, according to people familiar with the matter.

A representative for CVS declined to comment, while messages left with Alvarez were not returned.
