Crown Castle Units Sue Dish Over Cell Tower Rental Contracts

Units of Crown Castle Inc. are suing Dish Wireless, accusing the telecommunications company controlled by billionaire Charlie Ergen of trying to cease paying to use cell towers after arranging to sell $40 billion worth of wireless spectrum.
