Creditors moved to reject a bid from the troubled founder of an ATM network operator to retain the law firm McCarter & English LLP as criminal counsel.
Harrisburg, Pa.-based Orrstown Bank objects to the retention terms because they permit the founder’s wife, Charlene Heller, to pay McCarter’s fees, according to a court filing Thursday in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
