May 28 announced that the U.S Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware entered an order May 27, approving and confirming the final fourth modified joint Chapter 11 reorganization plan for the company and certain of its subsidiaries, paving the way for the company to emerge from bankruptcy protection this summer (In re GSI Group Inc.).
