Costume Maker Rubie’s Files Bankruptcy Amid Falling Sales, Virus

Rubie’s Costume Company Inc. and related entities -- which supply costumes to the likes of Walmart Inc., Target Corp. and Party City Holdco -- file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Long Island, citing a lack of funding and declining sales.
