Orpea creditors Kyma Capital and LMR Partners have filed a legal suit in Delaware, requesting documents to help block the French care-home’s restructuring, according to a legal filing.

• The two funds are seeking disclosure from PJT Partners, which is advising the steering group seeking a restructuring, as well as creditor Anchorage Capital, in a suit that was filed on Wednesday
