Cloud Peak Gets Court Nod to Collect Votes on Bankruptcy Plan

Judge Kevin Gross says at a hearing in Delaware Tuesday he’ll conditionally approve an outline of the coal producer’s bankruptcy plan and allow it begin soliciting votes from stakeholders.
