Humayun Khalid rejoined Cleary Gottlieb as a partner in its capital solutions and private credit practice, the firm announced Monday.
Khalid advises sponsors, issuers, and investors on transactions across the credit spectrum from investment grade to distressed assets. His work includes direct lending, asset-backed finance, and special situations, the firm said.
He joins from Goldman Sachs, where he was a managing director.
