Clearlake Mulls Asset Sales for Portfolio Firms RSA and Quest

Clearlake Capital Group is weighing asset sales for its portfolio companies RSA Security and Quest Software Inc., according to people familiar with the situation.

Cybersecurity firm RSA, also backed by Symphony Technology Group, has engaged bankers at JPMorgan Chase & Co. to explore the divestiture of SecurID, which provides encryption authentication technology, said the people, who asked not to be identified discussing a private matter. Quest Software has been working with Moelis & Co. to gauge interest in the sale of One Identity, a cybersecurity platform, said other people.
