Clearlake-Backed RSA Security and Creditors Resume Debt Talks

Clearlake Capital Group-backed RSA Security has resumed discussions with some of its lenders over its debt, after talks cooled off earlier this year, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

The cybersecurity firm and a group of first-lien lenders have shared proposals to tackle the company’s heavy debt load, said the people, who asked not to be identified discussing a private situation.

Veritas Capitaland Blackrock Inc., which have various holdings across first- and second-lien loans, have formed a separate creditor group, the people said.
