Las Vegas-based Citadel Broadcasting Corporation announced June 3 that it has successfully completed its financial restructuring and emerged from Chapter 11 protection.
The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York May 19 confirmed Citadel’s second modified joint reorganization plan, according to court documents (In re Citadel Broadcasting Corporation).
Citadel Broadcasting Corporation (CDL) and 49 affiliated entities, including Citadel Broadcasting Company, filed for Chapter 11 protection Dec. 20 (21 BBLR 1823, 12/31/09).
