  • Chapter 15 is meant to protect a company’s U.S. assets while it restructures elsewhere
  • NOTE: Montreal-based Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group filed for protection from creditors in Canada on Monday after the coronavirus pandemic forced it to close shows around the world
