Cielo Says Brazil Regulator Approved Unified Tender Offering

Brazil securities regulator CVM approved the registration of the unified tender offering for acquisition of common shares issued by Cielo for the conversion of its registration from category A to B and the consequent delisting from the special listing segment called Novo Mercado, company says in filing.

  • Offering will be launched by direct controlling shareholders, Quixaba Empreendimentos e Participacoes and BB Elo Cartoes Participacoes, and people linked to them, Elo Participacoes, Alelo Instituicao de Pagamento and Livelo
    • It will be intermediated by Banco Bradesco BBI
