Brazil securities regulator CVM approved the registration of the unified tender offering for acquisition of common shares issued by Cielo for the conversion of its registration from category A to B and the consequent delisting from the special listing segment called Novo Mercado, company says in
- Offering will be launched by direct controlling shareholders, Quixaba Empreendimentos e Participacoes and BB Elo Cartoes Participacoes, and people linked to them, Elo Participacoes, Alelo Instituicao de Pagamento and Livelo
- It will be intermediated by Banco Bradesco BBI
