Chinese Builder Jingrui’s Wind-Up Hearing Adjourned

Chinese developer Jingrui Holdings Ltd.’s winding-up hearing was adjourned with no fixed date, giving the company more time to file evidence.

• China CITIC Financial AMC International Holdings filed the winding-up petition against Jingrui on Oct. 10
• Jingrui is guarantor of a loan facility of about $108m, plus accrued interest and penalty interest
• NOTE: Jingrui Holdings Suspends Payment for 14.5% Notes Due Feb.
