Greater China stocks struggled on Covid restrictions to curb an outbreak in a key manufacturing hub. Hang Seng index fall 1.9%; H shares down 2.1%; Shanghai Composite decline 0.5%. Bitcoin swung to more than 4% gain after earlier making a fresh low for the year at $15,574. S&P futures add about 0.2%, Nasdaq contracts 0.4% firmer ahead of the monthly US CPI data.
