Chemical Firm TPC Near Deal With Creditors, Lawyer Tells Judge

Chemical maker TPC Group Inc. is close to a deal to end unsecured creditor opposition to its bankruptcy-exit plan, company attorney James R. Prince told the judge overseeing the company’s reorganization.
