Coach America Holdings and its affiliates’ motion to dismiss their joint Chapter 11 cases was granted May 31 by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (In re Coach AM Group Holdings Corp., Bankr. D. Del., No. 12-10010 (KG)).
The court’s order also approved certain trust agreements, authorized the transfer of the debtors’ remaining assets to a lender trustee, and granted other related relief.
