Charlotte Russe to Sell $5M Intellectual Property, Peek Kids Brand

Charlotte Russe Holding Inc. plans to ask a federal bankruptcy court in Delaware next week for permission to sell remaining intellectual property and real estate lease assets for $5 million as the women’s clothing retailer nears the end of its liquidation.

Judge Laurie Selber Silverstein of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware March 20 shortened the notice and objection time period on Charlotte Russe’s proposed sale and lease termination motions, and scheduled a hearing March 27 to hear the sale motion. Objections or responses are due March 26.
