Clothing retailer Charlotte Russe Holding Inc. sold off its remaining fashion brands and intellectual property March 27 in the final stages of its liquidation sale.
The company sold the intellectual property from its Peek business to Mamiye Brothers Inc., a New Jersey corporation, and Mamiye Brothers IP Holdings Inc., a New York limited liability company, for $425,000. Mamiye Bros. designs and distributes apparel for women and children.
Charlotte Russe sold the rest of its trademarks, Charlotte Russe store brands, designs, and a number of remaining store leases to YM Inc. and CR LLC for $5 million. The companies are affiliated ...
