Centerbridge Alum Rahm Debuts Real Assets Firm Everview Partners

Billy Rahm, who oversaw real estate at Centerbridge Partners, has launched Everview Partners, a firm focused on investing in real assets businesses in North America.

New York-based Everview may invest in sectors including residential real estate, storage, logistics, leisure, digital infrastructure, transportation and energy transition. It has the ability to invest across a company or property’s capital structure, which encompasses both equity and debt.
