Carlyle Group offers 880 yen/share to acquire all shares of medical human-resources company Tryt.

  • Offer represents premium of ~35% compared to Tuesday closing price of 654 yen: Bloomberg calculation
    • Tryt shares rose ~15% over Tuesday trading
  • Tender offer to start Wednesday and run through July 23
  • A company controlled by EQT will sell its 60% stake in Tryt directly to the buyer following the tender offer
