Carlyle-Backed Ice Maker Arctic Glacier Pays Down Loans Due 2024

Lenders to Carlyle Group-backed ice company Arctic Glacier were repaid in full as part of a refinancing deal that addresses more than $400 million in term loans the company had coming due next year, according to people with knowledge of the situation.

The supplier of packaged ice has been working with PJT Partners to help tackle the March 2024 maturity on the debt, Bloomberg reported. Messages left with the company were not returned, while representatives with Carlyle and PJT declined to comment.
