Cannabist Company Files for Chapter 15 Petition in Delaware

The Cannabist Company Holdings has filed for Chapter 15 petition for recognition of a foreign proceeding in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, according to a court filing.

• The Cannabist Company and its Canadian subsidiary are the subject of a proceeding currently pending the Ontario Superior Court of Justice
