The state of California dropped its appeal to halt the bankruptcy sale and transfer of 23andMe’s assets to a nonprofit.
The state’s notice of a stipulated dismissal, filed Monday in the US Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, said all parties to agreed to end the appeal, with each bearing their own costs.
