All Year Management, a Brooklyn real estate developer that put one of its marquee projects into bankruptcy earlier this year, is now seeking Chapter 11 to sell itself.

All Year Holdings Ltd. filed for bankruptcy in Manhattan after a $37 million judgment against it in connection with certain confessions of judgment from its sole shareholder and founder, Yoel Goldman, who didn’t receive prior board approval, according to a court declaration filed by Chief Restructuring Officer Assaf Ravid.
