Brazos Electric Shifts Focus to Talks with Low-Ranking Creditors

Brazos Electric Power Cooperative has paused its lawsuit against Texas’s grid operator indefinitely, as it shifts focus to garnering support from its low-ranking creditor group for a proposed settlement and bankruptcy exit plan.
