Brazil Judge Removes Oi Board and Directors: Neofeed

Brazilian judge Simone Gastesi Chevrand has determined the removal of the company’s board of directors and of its directors, NeoFeed reports, citing a court document.

  • Judge also suspended, for 30 days, the payment of debts not in judicial recovery
  • Bruno Rezende and Tatiana Binato were chosen to conduct transitions in the company
