Brazil CenBank Decrees Liquidation of Dacasa and Uniletra

Brazil Central Bank decreed extrajudicial liquidation of Dacasa Financeira S/A - Sociedade de Credito, Financiamento e Investimento and of Uniletra Corretora de Cambio, Titulos e Valores Mobiliarios S.A., according to statements published by the institution.

• Liquidation of Dacasa was decreed considering the serious patrimonial situation, the serious violations to legal norms that discipline its activity, as well as the existence of losses that subject its creditors to abnormal risk, central bank says
• “In view of the bond of interest, evidenced by common control, with Dacasa”, the central bank decreed “by extension” the liquidation of Uniletra
