Braskem to Sell Cetrel Stake to GRI for BRL284m

Braskem signed an investment agreement with Solvi Essencis Ambiental and GRI - Gerenciamento de Resíduos Industriais, company says in filing.

• Agreement provides for the transfer of all of Cetrel’s common shares currently held by Braskem, representing 63.7% of Cetrel’s voting and total share capital, to GRI
• Agreement also provides for subscription by Braskem of new common shares to be issued by GRI, through a capital increase
  • Shares will be paid in by Braskem, through the contribution of 771,592 common shares of Cetrel held by Braskem
