Company’s new CEO, Roberto Prisco Paraiso Ramos, is evaluating certain structures and functions of the company’s different management bodies, Braskem says in filing “due to news published in the media regarding changes in the company’s management”.

• Objective is to “seek to accelerate the implementation of efficiency initiatives to address the petrochemical low cycle, aligned with the current strategic direction”
• Braskem says there is still “no decision on this matter to date”
